Recently I was locked out of my account from the app with continual "error 500" messages. I was told that this was because of a "recommended password change", even though I was still able to log on through a browser with my old passwords! Ridiculous! After many attempts with the app and a long, long, wait on the phone trying to find out what "error 500" could mean, the obviously inexperienced young rep told me that a password reset was necessary for both accounts and I had to log back in with a temp and then choose a new password. The app still locked me out even with temp password. Finally talked to a knowledgable tech who unfroze the account so I could change passwords. Every single other institutional app that I use will inform of a recommended or required password change in advance, instead of FREEZING ONLINE ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT! why not this app, whats the problem? This app is functional, interface is basic bordering on primitive. For some reason First US. requires a separate log in for each account, just as they do with browser access. No other bank that I know of requires this. Almost makes me want to put accounts elsewhere.

I do love this app but there are a couple of things that could be changed. It would be great if the fingerprint recognition worked on all of the accounts instead of just one at a time. This would be a huge change so I wouldn’t have to keep logging in manually when switching. I don’t like the new color scheme of the new update. The green is awful. Please change back to the old layout...wish I could undo the update.



This mobile app is incredibly user friendly, I can manage all of our business needs from any of my mobile devices from anywhere I am.
Thank you!! kudos to your in house services and making me feel like family, as well as your mobile banking which as I described above AWESOME!!! If I could I would give 10 stars.
