Requirements
Customers must have an active FirstBank account enrolled in Online Banking. Once enrolled in FirstBank Online Banking, you can login, click on Other Services > Mobile Banking and enroll to establish your mobile login ID and Password.

FirstBank’s secure mobile banking offers you the ability to access your personal accounts. You can view account balances and recent transactions, transfer funds between accounts and even pay your bills. Our mobile banking app provides you with the ultimate in convenience for managing your finances anytime, anywhere! Available features include:

Account Information
•Check your account activity and available balances

Bill Pay
•Schedule and make payments to any of your billers

Mobile Deposit
•Enjoy the convenience of depositing your check anytime, anywhere using your device’s camera (if eligible, limits apply)*

Transfer Funds
•Transfer money between your FirstBank accounts

Pay Other People
•Send money to your family or friends via email or text using Popmoney®

Locations
•Find nearby branches and ATMs using the iPhone’s built-in GPS. Additionally, you can search by zip code or address.

Update

I do not feel secure using this app. They keyboard and screen size are not correct, the UI has not been updated to the any of the recent version of iOS and looks to be extremely out of date.

If you cannot figure out how to do basic updates and maintenance on the app, why should I trust you to be qualified to create a secure service on the app?

A basic bank app.. why won’t it work properly?

I can’t even log in and my info is definitely correct. In need an app that is convenient and working before anything else— a nice interface would be a plus but should be afterthought. Mobile site is what I have to deal with now..
