The FirstCall™ app enables our partners to request air transport services directly from their smartphone or tablet -- whether it’s a scene or interfacility transfer request. Once the aircraft is notified, customers will be able to track the progress of the aircraft en route to the pickup and/or drop-off location, as well as to receive alert notifications. In the future, announcements and other communications will be made available through the application.
