Mobile deposit that keeps on getting worse
It’s always a crapshoot when taking a picture of the back of your check on mobile deposit. Yes i have it on a dark background, yes i keep my phone camera still and close enough for the picture to snap. But it 8 times out of ten you have to wait for it to do nothing and then take the picture manually. With this current version the problem not only still exists, but when you take the picture manually it kicks you out of the app completely to have you try again with the same outcome... a mobile deposit experience that is completely frustrating and and has never gotten better, but succeeds in getting worse. Nice job tech team!!

Sorry to hear you were having issues with Mobile Deposit. Auto capture typically works best when checks are against dark surfaces. Auto capture can have a difficult time seeing the edges of a check if the background is similar color to the actual check. If that doesn't work contact us via secure messaging or by calling (888)800-3328 and we can troubleshoot and resolve the issue for you.
STILL GARBAGE. Mobile Deposit Broken-Garbage
Good luck getting through to a live representative of this garbage institution.
They won’t answer the phone. The “call back” service is broken. The inline chat links to a broken page.
This CU is a joke.
If all you want to do is check your balances than this app is perfect.
If you want to do most anything else it’s complete garbage.
Out of town? Need to make that mobile deposit? Forget about it. You’ll spend several minutes trying to get the app to accept your check photo, but it won’t. You’ll enter the deposit amount several times, but it will make you start over. Again and again. You think, “But maybe they’ll fix it next week”. Nope. No, they won’t.
Next week maybe? Nope.
This app, for my needs, is frustrating garbage.
