Mobiefit RUN is not about your running speed or distance. Instead, runners are trained in a time-based program focused on finishing a target time each day on the track. Easy enough for runners with less stamina, or even couch potatoes!

** No Time Constraint
You won’t ever need more than 75 minutes for your workout, and that’s only on the last day of training. Our 5K program doesn't require more than 40 minutes to complete on any given day, starting with simple run-walk combinations on Day 1.

** For All-season Workouts
Don't worry about missing your session even if it’s pouring outside, as our unique treadmill mode gives you timely speed guidelines. So stay on track with your exercises in bad weather too.

** Flexible, Open Program
