I have been using this app for several years now. For the most part, I not only enjoy this app but it has also helped my fibro-fog (the cognitive issues are definitely being helped😊.)
However there is an area of this app that I hope can be addressed quickly. I have been using this app on my iPad for the past several years & all the games seem to aline w/in their given area such as staying inside the designed square, circles, etc...
However, about a month or so ago, I added this app to my phone 📱 & a fair number of games no longer line up w/in their own areas of design such as "Reading Blocks". When this game appears the shapes not only do not to line up inside their given spot, when I try to follow the "reading directions" the shape either won't move or won't fit inside it's square-usually the shape is between 2 spaces. It's impossible to get an score let alone an accurate one.
There are other games w/ the same problem. I hope your staff will get this trouble worked out very soon.

Fun but some irritating quirks
I've been using FitBrains for over a year and have mostly enjoyed it. That said, there are bugs that I would have thought a professional organization like Rosetta Stone would have fixed more expeditiously. There are a few games that still insist my top score is zero, when it clearly isn't. The trend that shows how many days in a row you've played seems to have a mind of its own - it will clearly show that you've played every day for the prior week, yet tell you that your streak is 3 days - maybe related to not consistently playing at the same time of day? Possibly most irritating is the "Quick Cards" game. When I started, you could fly through the cards. I would get going so fast that I'd make a few errors. After an update months ago, the game now won't let you answer until they score the prior set of cards - essentially throttling the speed to the point where I've gone from being among the best for my age to barely hitting 40%.
Helping My Brain Recover
I suffered an unusual brain injury over a year ago and had subsequent mini strokes. This app has become my enhanced therapy to all of the other things I've been doing to "get myself back". I feel that it's helping to improve my reading, cognition, memory, hand-eye coordination and thought organization (to name a few). I do feel at times that the instructions could be a bit more clear on some of the games and the mood and optimism games seem hokey but overall I am gaining real-life benefits and it doesn't feel tedious. Oh... the project management could use some reworking (in my opinion) and the emotion face recognition is NOT how people actually look when they experience the depicted emotions. Otherwise, this is a great app with many merits.
