Customer Reviews

Can be frustrating

First, yes, it's expensive--all the glowing reviews came from people in their first two days, before they realized that, to get the full spectrum of training you have to pay for them.
And they say you only have two days to get that 40% off deal--but you don't. Wait long enough, they offer it to you almost every time you sign in.
Then there is the visual Sudoku--I'd get a higher score if the game tiles would move with my fingertip and stay where I put them! It took me a bit to figure out another brain challenge--you need to read the very fine print at the bottom of the screen in order to do what they want: "find all the ..." whatever.
That said, I've enjoyed all the other brain challenges. I felt the most notable improvement happened at the start of play. So, I'll continue to play the free version and see...

We'll See

Some of the directions for the "games" are confusing. Others are very simple. Whether my brain has improved is a mystery to me. It is an entertaining way to pass a couple of minutes. I don't know how results are measured because nothing is really clear as to that. Also, I had to delete the app because it stopped responding and when I reloaded it, neither my password nor email were recognized. This is critical because I paid for the full version and now, it appears that in order for me to have the same access, I will have to pay again because despite multiple times emailing "support", I have yet to get a response. It is frustrating. DO NOT PAY for the full version!

With minor changes, a 5!

The games themselves are good (and good for the brain). The problem: the instructions for the game are too subtle, often in small, unnoticed text along the frame or border. It becomes more important that you look the entire screen over for directions than you get the puzzles correct. The tutorials are incomplete in that they don't mention the importance and location of those instructions. By the time I figure it out, the day's allotment of free puzzles is over. An option of 'replay' is also desired since it takes half of a puzzle to figure what to do.
