Bring back competition

I use this app a lot. I like adding these challenging 5 minutes to my fitness regime.

But I was also coming back to get the blue line that moved up towards the top on feeding the dragon. I never got there


Just a few issues.

I love this app, and I loved it when it was five minute fitness.
There are two reasons why I've taken a star off. When the app became fit in minutes I had to buy it all over again for five dollars, which was aggravating, but it's such a great app that I had to have it. The second reason is that there is no option to use this app without wifi. I recently started traveling all over the world and in my job wifi is not always an option. This app is perfect for a traveler because it removes the need for a gym, but the need for wifi reduces the usability drastically for me. If there was a way to make an option for off wifi use it would be worth far more than five stars in my opinion.
Even with my small complaints I am still very grateful for an app that can quickly and effectively work my body, and these exercises are so unique!


5 Minute Fitness

As a non-athletic, 40+, overweight woman, I was skeptical about a five minute workout, but then thought, I have a better chance of being successful with a five-minute commitment than finding time to go to the gym, which rarely happens despite joining a 24-hour fitness center. After trying out a few of the workouts, the 5 Minute Workout not only challenged me, but it also gave me the opportunity to experience success. I know I can do this! While I work 12+ hours each day, I can certainly carve five minutes out of my day, and the fact that I have my iphone with me guarantees I have all the equipment needed (5 Minute Workout app) to workout at any time. I look forward to experiencing the positive impact this app will have on my fitness goals.
