This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
Live a healthier, more active life with Fitbit, the world’s leading app for tracking all-day activity, workouts, sleep and more. Use the app on its own to track basic activity and runs on your phone, or connect with one of Fitbit’s many activity trackers and the Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale to get a complete picture of your health—including steps, distance, calories burned, sleep, weight, and more.
TRACK ACTIVITY: Accurately record your steps and distance with MobileTrack when you carry your phone. For all-day tracking of stats like calories burned, active minutes, and sleep, pair the app with a Fitbit tracker.
RUN SMARTER: Enhance runs, walks and hikes by using MobileRun to track your pace, time and distance. You can also control your music, get voice cues and use your phone’s GPS to map your routes. (Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.)
RECORD WORKOUTS: Use your Fitbit tracker to track your exercise, then check the app to see your stats, their impact on your day, and how your performance is improving.
MONITOR HEART RATE: Use a Fitbit tracker with PurePulse™ to analyze heart rate graphs in the app. Identify trends, manage stress and see the results of your workouts. Review resting heart rate trends to see when your fitness is improving.
LOG FOOD FASTER: Easily log calories with our barcode scanner, calorie estimator, and expanded food database of more than 350,000 foods. See your meal history at a glance, and get nutritional insights.
MEASURE HYDRATION: Quickly log your water intake to make sure you’re properly hydrated during workouts and throughout the day.
SET & MANAGE GOALS: Create weight, nutrition and exercise goals, and start a food plan to stay on track. Then get a visual picture of your progress with colorful, easy-to-read charts and graphs.
SEE HOW YOU SLEEP: Set sleep goals in the app, and use a Fitbit tracker to monitor how much time you spent awake, restless or peacefully sleeping.
SHARE & COMPETE: Connect with friends and family by sharing stats, sending direct-messages, and competing on the leaderboard or in Fitbit Challenges.
STAY MOTIVATED: Get a nudge in the right direction with notifications that pop up when you’re close to reaching a goal or have already met one.
SYNC WIRELESSLY: Fitbit trackers sync your stats to computers and 200+ leading devices so you can continuously track your progress without needing to plug in.
MANAGE WEIGHT: Connect wirelessly to the Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale to seamlessly track your weight, BMI, lean mass and body fat percentages, and to see your weight trends over time.

*Bug fixes and performance improvements
Overall a great pair (app & Fitbit Flex) except some bugs
My Fitbit Flex works great with this app. The app works great most the time except for the few “bugs” that it has.
First one is the messaging part of the app. Whatever message is at the top of the screen is basically unreadable. It’s hidden under the top banner or menu or whatever. So I order to see it depending on how long it is I either have to pull down on all the messages or have my fiancé send me a message so there’s a different one at the top.
Second issue is the fact that I open up the app and it syncs just fine. However, there are several things that don’t refresh and show that they were synced or updated with new data. For example: weekly exercise, steps per hour, sleep information. Basically most things underneath the top circles. So, leaving the app and bringing it pack up doesn’t work. I literally have to close the app all the way and re open it to get everything to reflect what was already synced and updated. I’ve been having to do this for several months. The last update didn’t fix it so I’m hoping someone reads this and can help fix it. It is not my phone. I’ve tried turning it off and turning back on several times in the past months.
Please help! I’ve gotten to the point where the app is not really enjoyable anymore. Messages and my own data are a hassle.
Always a new bug and no Health integration
Fitbit, sweetie, it’s been years. And you still want to pretend Apple Health app isn’t a real thing and that your users don’t want to use their own data even after they keep buying your products (which almost never last behind the warranty... I’ve had six devices from you, you break my heart often). And you’ve developed this bad habit of introducing flaws in updates, then having your tech support people act like they have no clue whatsoever it must be aliens over my house causing this random behavior, and then in 2-3 updates it’s magically fixed without any acknowledgement that your users weren’t crazy. This current bug for this current version is syncs are freezing, stalling, crashing, and then taking 5-10 minutes to complete. (Yes I reinstalled. Yes I rebooted. Yes I removed device. Yes I paired again. Yes I rebooted again. Yes, darling, heard it all before, you’re just stumped...). Next Fitbit will be an Apple Watch (as my Charge HR developed your well-known bubble defect just after the two year extended warranty... go figure).
Not bad but could be much better
When I manually enter a treadmill exercise I don’t have the ability to enter mileage, only start and stop times. My Fitbit always assumes less mileage than my treadmill says I did. A simple fix like being able to enter the distance would be greatly appreciated.
GPS does not work unless I first open the app on my phone. If I start running or walking without first opening the app it counts steps but does not track my course even though I have my location settings set to always.
Also, while your at it, could you add a Do Not Disturb setting similar to the one on iPhone. I can’t wear my Fitbit at night because it lights up every time I move my arm. (I’m a light sleeper.). My wife wears hers and every time she moves it lights up the room. The app should offer the ability to identify times when the Fitbit should not light up unless the user pushes the button. Only then would I consider wearing mine to track my sleep.
