Finally an app that keeps my business running smoothly. No more worries about collecting what is owed to me, I don’t have to waste time collecting money or writing down what my clients owe, it’s all documented through the app. My schedule is way more organized now. I can message or call my client through the app.

If you’re having any issues on anything they have a live chat located in the profile. Very pleased to have a application that keeps my whole business all together.

My relationships with my clients have gone through the roof, along with my bank account.

I recommend this to any trainer that is independent.

I downloaded this app because it seemed to have features I am looking for and because the reviews were all positive. Once I started learning the app, I became frustrated because it was difficult to make changes to my prices, clients' contact info, etc. I then realized that there was no ability to delete anything. So when I tried to remove a client or correct a mistake, I couldn't. I tinkered around for days before getting annoyed. I decided I no longer wanted the app, but there was no way for me to delete my account and no customer service contact information in the app. I had to go to the schedule emails I received to find a contact. The person I corresponded with was professional and helpful, so I didn't feel the need to write a negative review. However my account was deleted three weeks ago, but my clients are still getting their appointments emailed to them. I politely reached out again a few days ago, received no response, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. This is what finally lead me to write a review. I'm sure the app is great for others. It wasn't for me, and the process to get rid of it is irritating.
