The app has a lot of great, fun workouts and it will even allow you to create your own exercise routine, or will make one for you based on your problem areas. It even tells you how many calories you've burned
I personally love this app! It tells you how calories you've burned and it also gives motivation to keep going! It works amazingly!
When I'm traveling or at home great workouts! Would love to see some stretching exercises for hip flexor,back etc. maybe a whole routine!
