Totally flexible and functional
Was looking for an app that could hold my workouts and help me keep track. This app does it all.!! Not only will it help me keep track of my workout, it helps me keep pace so I don't slack off and knows my goal reps with my goal sets. The input during workout is super easy and works even when my hands are shaking!!! Yes the set up is a little bit of a learning curve but, the instructions are easy to follow and the app just works! I played with it for an hour and by the time I was done, I knew exactly what to do in any situation. Give it a shot.. I hope you like it as much as I do. If I had one problem or Con. I would like it to pace my cardio too.. Like tell me to kick up my pace every forth minute for 60 seconds and then back down to normal run for another three minutes. Seriously though.. No complaints here.!! This app rocks!
Love this app. Not many apps are worth a purchase, but this one is!
The best function is designing your own workouts. For example I have an "at home workout" created and within it I can choose back, biceps, chest, triceps, shoulders, abs, or legs. Each of those sub-workouts only contain the exercises I can do from home. So I pull up the app and can quickly choose a few exercises for whichever muscle group(s) I'm doing that day. With so many different exercises in the apps database, plus the ability to create my own custom exercises, I can vary my workouts like crazy to get maximum muscle confusion and maximum results! Love it!
This app would be a 5 star app if the makers added the stick figure diagrams that show the proper exercise motion to ALL of the exercises the app comes with instead of only some of them. If it had that, I'd recommend it to all of my novice lifter friends. *hint hint, app developers* 😉
After all the positive reviews I was very skeptical about this app… sometimes you just never know. So I took a chance you, know it is only a buck right. Much to my surprise this thing is awesome. I need an app that would let me build my own exercise for example one that says ISO LATERAL DECLINE BENCE OR ISO LATERAL INCLINE BENCH PRESS, no app that i’ve seen has this exact wording and i’m a stickler for being exact. This app lets me customize that so now I can have my workouts, build those exact exercises into the app EASILY. The ONLY drawback is after putting all those exercises there is no way to back them up so if something happens I am sol I hope the developer finds a solution in the next update, but so far, this app is excellent.
