What's New in Version 2.1.2
Fix sleep graph bug.
This is an excellent app for building and tracking workouts. Everything from basic sets/reps to supersets and rest timers. The exercise library even has instructions for many common movements.
Personally, I like the ability to track notes on a set by set basis. When it's time to repeat my session I can review notes from the previous session make improvements. I love this app.
Don't waste your time with the other apps!
I have spent many hours trying all the other apps. This one is the most streamlined and most flexible as far as i have experienced. The others are okay, but all have a barrier especially when entering custom exercises. If they only had an online app to sync this with so I could build my workout on my notebook...
simple to use and great for seeing results.
