NEW VERSION REVIEW:
Just installed the latest update and used it for my morning workout. WOO HOO the developer really listens and is responsive to feedback and suggestions!
The new update includes some nice new features that I requested and was looking forward to (notes in workouts, ability to see workout log details at a glance, graphs). It adds these features (and more) while still keeping a clean and clutter-free interface that makes it super easy to log all my workout info.
I highly recommend FitnessFast to anyone looking for an easy and efficient way to log lifting and workout data!

I came across FitnessFast when I was looking for a replacement for one of the fitness log apps that is now unsupported and doesn't work correctly with iOS 5. FitnessFast has a clean and easy to use interface and is great for logging my workouts. Looking forward to future updates.
this is one of the best fitness apps there is. it is exactly what i was looking for. i use this as an exercise and, more importantly, workout database.
it can be difficult to organise, plan and track your own exercise but this app makes it simple. u can add exercises and assign them to certain workouts and then set the reps and weight for that specific workout. this is so useful for me since i get inspiration from others to keep my workouts varied and fresh. this app allows me to save a workout that i see for later use.
another important and useful function is the ability to generate historical reports by workout, exercise and muscle. this means u can see what u have been working out and when and helps make sure ur getting a full body workout.
i cannot recommend this more if u r really serious about working out and staying fit!! worth every cent for sure!! 👍💪
Totally flexible and functional
Was looking for an app that could hold my workouts and help me keep track. This app does it all.!! Not only will it help me keep track of my workout, it helps me keep pace so I don't slack off and knows my goal reps with my goal sets. The input during workout is super easy and works even when my hands are shaking!!! Yes the set up is a little bit of a learning curve but, the instructions are easy to follow and the app just works! I played with it for an hour and by the time I was done, I knew exactly what to do in any situation. Give it a shot.. I hope you like it as much as I do. If I had one problem or Con. I would like it to pace my cardio too.. Like tell me to kick up my pace every forth minute for 60 seconds and then back down to normal run for another three minutes. Seriously though.. No complaints here.!! This app rocks!
