I'm a huge fitness fan and I love the gym. In order to train more effectively your pauses need to be perfectly timed. For me it's always annoying to watch at my mobile phone every few seconds to get my pauses right. So I thought why not building an app for that. The timer App of apple is only capable of counting full minutes, which is not very convenient for me. My FitnessTimer let you use choose between 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 seconds, which are the most commonly used ones. The timer runs in the background. When 15sec are left the app tells you to "get ready" and dims other audio sessions like music app. The last 5 sec will be count down for you. After ten seconds you will get a local notification which let you restart the timer. Quick Actions let you launch the App with 60, 90 or 120 seconds pause.
