iPhone 5/5c LIMITATION:

iPhone 5/5c don't have M7/M8/M9 motion coprocessor, so those devices don't measure anything automatically.
You can use other HealthKit-integrated apps to send data into the Health app, or you can input data manually in FitPort. Once your data is stored in the Health app (HealthKit), it will be shown up in FitPort.

iPhone 5s can measure Steps and Walking + Running Distance. It doesn't measure Flights Climbed.

Your data is stored in the Health app (HealthKit), and FitPort will never collect your personal health data. See full privacy policy for more details.

Problem with WatchOS Step-Count Complication

I recently purchased FitPort for iOS here in the USA.

I installed the Apple Watch app. Then, I placed the FitPort complication in the Modular watch face, in the center position.

For two days the FitPort complication updated my step-count, automatically, in real time. It was wonderful. And then, for some reason, it stopped working. Nothing changed on my Apple Watch.

Now, the FitPort complication is static and in order for me to see my current step-count, I have to press on the complication in order to open the app on the watch.

I have three friends who have confirmed that the exact same thing happened to them, also.

Please address this bug, as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Does what it shows, but that’s not much

I’m trying to find one tool to show all my fitness data. This app isn’t the one. It just shows the circles for many categories. For “today’s” activities, it’s fine. To compare data over time, not so much. It does exactly what the screen shots show it does. I shouldn’t have paid to figure that out: my bad.
