Creating a routine is as easy as swiping a finger. Using intuitive gesture based controls, such as swiping down to insert an exercise, makes customizing your routine a breeze.
Tap on an exercise to begin saving your sets. Adjust the weight & rep with the + and - buttons or tap on the number in the middle to set a more specific value.
Reorder routines and exercises by doing a long press and then dragging to the desired position.

Bug fix for decimals in some countries
This has been a great app so far for tracking what I left each day. I like how it shows you what you previously lifted in an exercise when you enter new sets of that exercise to give you an idea of what you were at before. Also, I created a workout routine that I do on M/W/F and one on T/Th/Sat and when I accidentally duplicated an exercise, it recognized this and showed me it was being completed on the other workout. Entering weight is easy and quick. No complicated taps or swipes. Thanks for developing this app!
Very Useful App!
This app is great if you're trying to keep track of you workouts. Very easy interface lets you see the weight and reps you did the previous workout so you know where to start and can push yourself to get out more weight or reps. Even has a built in timer that beeps at you if you're taking too long in between sets which is great. Overall great app!
Decent, but needs more analysis tools
It's a pretty good workout app, especially for new lifters. More advanced lifters may find the lack of customization (pyramids, supersets, etc.) make it a little clunky at times. For a paid app, I hoped for more analysis & charts from the data I'm inputting, akin to what one gets from Runkeeper. Overall a good tool if you don't want to drag a pen and paper to the gym and want to export your workout data to Excel.
