Fix It NMB 4+

This app is, along with whoever runs or handles the submissions, a total joke. Seriously, I can’t stress enough how this app is complete garbage. It has YEARS WORTH OF IGNORED AND UNRESOLVED SUBMISSIONS. The app is designed for residents of NMB to submit their complaints, compliments, problems etc. to the people in the city who handle such things, to make them aware of issues they might not know about. Why are there YEARS worth of submissions being ignored? Who is operating this app? I personally have TWICE in the past 24 hours had a COMPLIMENTARY SUBMISSION about the city workers in my area going above and beyond get deleted, even though it was posted in the “compliments and complaints about city workers” section. They ignore the complaints, compliments and issues the people of NMB have by using this app as a front to make it appear that they are addressing things. It’s shameful to me personally to watch this city degrade in such fashion. This app is an absolute disappointment and a complete waste of time for anyone to download and/or use. Don’t bother with it unless you want to see just how many people have unrepaired stop signs causing traffic accidents or how many people are living in or near dangerous conditions the city chooses to ignore for YEARS at a time. Scary. Terrible. Embarrassing.

The concept of this app is great but it crashes as soon as it’s opened. It doesn’t even open to look like there’s anything you can do. When you click on the app, it closes itself. What’s the point of even having this app?! I’ve tried over the past year hoping it might have been fixed, but nope. Still useless.

Whenever we need NMB the app or the city itself work exactly the same. The app doesn’t work at all, the website works but the city then is the one that doesn’t work at all. Many complaints posted no results from the city.
