Lacks features / update ruined visual


There is a ton of components that can only be done via a computer and not on the app. I essentially can only look at locations of the fleet on the app, everything else might as well be done on the computer - not as useful as it could be.

Verizon update has ruined the visual appearance on my iPhone 8 Plus. It looks like everything is zoomed in. This is a pretty silly mistake for a company as large (and as focused on technology) as Verizon to make on their first update of the app.

Why is there no feedback option within the app either?

App flaws


It would be super nice to update service info in this app. Sadly the service portion is only available online at a stationary computer. It would really help a mechanic if he were able to update these things on the fly from a smart phone.

The app should have the option to update the live map more frequently based on user preferences. I understand it only updates every 30 seconds to save data and such but it should be left up to the user.

It would also be nice to remove the notifications from the app rather than only on the computer.

Inaccurate to the point of being useless


I tried using the app to check my building shuttle's location. The location is delayed by so much that the app is completely useless.
