Awesome, information is up to date!!

UPDATE - the developers got back to me, they had a server issue and the app runs very well now. It is an awesome app- the flood info is accurate and reflects recent changes. The LOMA's that they show have already helped us market a property successfully.

I bought the app because I work in real estate and the idea and explanation sounded terrific. It was great when I downloaded it, but the next time I tried to use it it didn't work.

Amazing info on a sluggish app

The information and searchability are truly amazing. But I need a perfect signal and have to wait a long time for it all to come in. I still like it. Still worth $2, but I wait a lot and frequently cannot use it at all.

I am a homebuyer looking in a coastal city where the flood zones create complex and nonintuitive patterns.

Keeps crashing

It was an awesome product 6 months ago. I used it daily as a flood inspector. Around August or September it began to crash often. It is awesome when it works. I have an iPhone 4S and I am using iOS 6.1.
