Great game but need to fix a few things!

This is a great game with great graphics. There are a few problems that need to be fixed ASAP. The other reviewers weren't kidding when they said it was hard to find the arrows to move from room to room; if you missed it when you came into a room, the only way I could find the exact spot where the arrow was is by going out to the main menu and coming back into the game, because then the arrows would show up again briefly. There is no excuse for this; even the simplest of games have a feature where you can tap on a compass (or something) to be shown exit points for a room! Also, the pictures of items to be found sometimes looked nothing like the actual item, forcing you to constantly use the hints. All in all, this is exactly like the first game with the added aggravation of repeated tapping to try to find the next room! Fun but frustrating!

Annoying but interesting

If you liked the first Flux, this is a good sequel. But the annoyances make this only 4 star. Items are not labeled, item pieces are awfully teensy unless you use blowup, direction arrows won't stay and you have to tap the green grid screen to get them back. I happen to like not being shown every little step to take, but sometimes this gets carried a bit far when you have 5 rooms and no idea what to do in them based on your item panel (which again is because the items are NOT labelled). It's a matter of pride not to go to the strategy guide, but sometimes I'm so aggravated I do it anyway. Overall, though, this is a good game that makes you THINK. I hope there are more coming.

Confusing and strange

I loved the first one, so I bought this without even playing it free first. Big mistake! Don't expect this to be anything like the first one. I didn't know what was going on for most of it. Nobody thought this script through. The charm of replacing things in history from the first game was completely muddled here. Most of the objects are strange looking and are pure fantasy, so you don't even know what they are or what you should do with them. Then the shading of the objects was unclear, so you are never really sure if an item can be found in the current screen or the next. I just kept hitting the hint button, anxious to just trudge through in an attempt to make me feel like I got my money out of it. The Flux family has lost its way! The abrupt ending was the final nail in the coffin of this confusing, disappointing story. I will be wary if they make a third.
