FlytRight is an athletic body-transformation workout program. Originally created by Brandon "the 5'5 Dunker" Todd, the shortest dunker seen all over the internet, to be able to dunk and teach others to defy gravity. But the workout is so much more. It transformed Brandon from scrawny 120lbs to a solid, strong dunking 200lbs. The training can be used to gain an incredible advantage in any sport.

Most people will dunk in 10-16 weeks, but FlytRight is a 22 week program in total. 2 weeks to get you started… gaining 2-5 inches. Basic is the next 4 weeks, Intermediate another 4 weeks, and Advanced with 6 weeks. There is a Maintenance program that's another 6 weeks that you cycle. 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 6 weeks on and so forth.

If you follow each step of this program week by week you will continually get stronger, and more explosive. Some of the other exercises in the program help you gain and maintain an overall great physique required to play sports at the Professional Level. This training is Brandon's exact blueprint of how he defied the odds, and built his frame to nearly 210 lbs of pure muscle with under 5% body fat. This is NOT a scam

Whoever found that this app didn't work for them either didn't put in the effort or just quit. This app is fantastic and worth every penny. If you have never worked out before this will be extremely hard but definitely worth it. All of these people are real. But you know what let the haters hate they're missing out on a huge opportunity. This makes you stronger more explosive and takes your game to a whole different level. I definitely found my vertical go up 4" in just two weeks. Finally if you are looking to loose weight it's GREAT for doing so. That stubborn belly fat that covers up your lower abs will disappear in just one workout if you rest one minute in between exercises. This is the overall best workout, vertical, fat loss app ever.

Helped me so much

I used to use this about 10 months ago during my basketball season. Before this my vertical was 7. After 2 weeks it was 17. In one of my games I almost touched rim. (I was 5'2) on a lay-up. I bought every single course to flytright and I only finished 2. Basic and intermediate. When it comes September, I will begin again because I'm buying T25 to get back in shape. I was not the skinniest kid in the bunch when I was doing this. (5,2 120 lb's) I am currently 5'6 and 146 lb's. The overview is you can be skinny,fat,tall,short and can still do this, all you have to do is have the drive and the time to do this workout program. Trust me it works.

Whether you're wanting to get back in shape or increase your vertical, this program will help you do both. I've played basketball for many years and my vertical has always been pretty good. This program has helped me gain a few inches and help me feel better overall. It also cured my knee pain I had for many months. Both of my knees ached when I squat or jumped, but this program has fixed it up for me. I plan on doing the full program in the future and get the full benefit of what 2 weeks helped me with!
