Need to print a list of files in a folder?

Have a directory of files on the web that you want to make an index.html page for?

This is what Folder index does.
•Choose the Folder.
•Confirm the Files
•Create index.html and it’s done.

Folder index then uses your browser to open the index.html for proof, print, or PDF.

Simple, quick and useful.

Please Note: There is a Preference where you can set the Path to be any thing you wish. Please check the preferences and custom options as these give you complete control over the resulting file. Thank you for Reviewing this App.

What’s New

Version 3.8

Annual refresh of Apple Certification and current APIs.

Review Answers:
There are settings in the Preferences that allow customising of the Paths and XML.

Still unable to find the cause of the Netherlands/Scandinavian problem. Presume it's their special characters in the XML to HTML problem. Removed from sale in that region.

Not suitable for Website use.

Makes “absolute” URLs instead of “relative” URLs. Doing this prevents you from moving the generated folder somewhere else like an external disk.. or even an external web server. The programmer should have provided you with an option to do ‘either/or' at least focus on the “relative” directory instead of forcing the full path all the way down to the ‘root’ of the hard drive.

Shame shame shame…. you could never post output from this on your website. (unless you want to spend precious time editing the hell out of the file first.) I have no idea why apple chose to list this app in their store.

Suggestion to the programmer: buy a book on HTML. Your the only one who makes an app like this in the mac world however you need to learn a little more about programming for effective use. Do a search for DIR2HTML or “directory to html” in google. PC people have been doing this for decades. MAC people? Not So Much! Fix this problem and then put it up for $2 and you’ll pay for your college tuition since you’ll be the only OS X compatible out there.
