You can download the app directly from the App Store or Google Play.
Is the Founders Mobile App secure?
To ensure the safety and privacy of your account information, we incorporate multiple security features in TouchID:
• All transactions are encrypted.
• Authentication required with every TouchID interaction.
• No personal or financial information stored on your device.

Why is the application asking permission to access some of my phone’s functions?
In order to enable some of features available through our app, the application may need to access the following on your mobile device:
• Location Services – So our app can return office and ATM search results that are relevant to your current location.
• Camera – So you can use the Mobile Deposit feature.
• Contacts – So when using the Popmoney person-to-person payments feature you can easily select a contact from your device to pay.

I keep getting errors when I attempt to log in. What should I do?
First make sure you have the correct login credentials. If you are unsure, please utilize the Passcode or Forgot Username links. If you are confident in your login credentials and are still having problems, reinstall the app from your app store. Please note: you will also need a Secure Access Code. This will be delivered to you using one of the contact methods we have on file (ex. phone call, text message, email). When you request a Secure Access Code, be sure you have the means to access this code immediately.

Should’ve Left Well Enough Alone


I understand the convenience of having all of your accounts located in one app, I really do...but if the app was going to have THIS many issues, why not just wait to release it when it ACTUALLY works. I could login to the app no problem the first week it updated, then after that, forget it! I try to login and all it’s been saying is “Network Error cannot reach server at this time.” But I can go into Safari on my phone and login no problem. I deleted the app this morning and downloaded it again to see if that would fix the problem...nope. I was able to login the very first time and haven’t been able to login since. I don’t get it. It’s extremely frustrating. Not happy at all with this new update. I’d rather use two different apps again 🤦🏼‍♀️



I can get into my account online on a computer in my phone on safari but if I try to use the app...GOODNESS HELP ME!! I can’t log on for nothing I can get all the way to security question and it won’t let me in and it’s not that my answers wrongs because I use the same ones online 😕 😡 I’m just really annoyed at the moment y’all I called and they said it should fix when my lock was off my
Account for password in-corrections but yeah it wasn’t



I do not like the new app. I like the old format much better. And possibly the addition of Touch ID will be better to this app also.
Revised review. The addition of Touch ID is wonderful. But the mobile deposit is absolutely horrible. I try so many times for one check just for it to tell me that the amounts entered does not match! And it does!!!! And I would love to use it so I won't have to travel so far just to deposit a check. Please fix.
