Was great but now you have to pay


I felt like this program was perfect for someone getting back into working out. I have since stopped using it, but decided that I wanted to try this trainer with a higher intensity that before. Now it is pay to access and really isn’t worth that. Build your own program on Fitbod or somewhere else.

EDIT: They say that I am “getting more for my money” but this program was free when I used it before so... No?

Fitness = Reality


I had been wanting to join the world of fitness for a while. Being a cliche I decided to start this fitness resolution at the start of the new year. I chose #FreakMode by Alex Savva mid December. After starting, I am motivated and excited for my workouts because it is geared around my individual needs and I am able to record my progress to see my progress and short comings. Alex did a wonderful job designing this program and the app works with it perfectly.

Great app, very tiny problem


The app is great. Very straight forward and easy to use. One very small issue is that I've noticed a few of the workouts not in the correct order, they are labeled correctly though. For instance, week 2 says Day 8, Day 10, Day 9. Other than that small thing nothing else is wrong.
