FROM MACOS 10.12 (SIERRA), APPLE CHANGED THE IMPLEMENTING OF MEMORY MANAGEMENT, AND FREEMAN IS NOT SUITABLE FOR IT. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP IF YOU ARE USING 10.12 OR LATER.
Speed up your Mac with a single click to free up system memory. FreeMan is also a memory monitor which shows memory status with a pie chart, it can free up memory automatically if inactive memory reaches at the preset threshold.

Ratings and Reviews
I was finally able to open it
I don’t know what happened to my first review in which I said that I could not open FreeMan, but that no longer applies anyway. Today, I finally succeeded. I don’t know how or why, but I did. It’s too early to give my final rating on the program as It just now became available, but at least it’s finally in my dock. I’ve found that dock placement is much more dependable and reliable than menu placement. With app icons in the dock, the app is always available. However, icons in the menu bar tend to disappear. Now I have to work with my new app. It seems to offer much more than its competitor, System Lens. I’ll be back when I have some experience with FreeMan.
Works great, easy to use
Not like some apps which just never comes down after you've installed them onto the status bar (just like the cnet tecktracker), it's easy to remove right after you've cleaned up your memory. Just click once, hold on a while (normally won't exceed the eight second dead line), and it brings you with normally 300 megabytes, and sometimes more than 2 gigabytes of free memory storage. Surely it have something to do wih the fact that I have 8GB memory installed inside, but it's great for any mac, definitely worth a dollar.
I've owned quite a few memory cleaning apps (iCleanMemory, MemoryFreer, FreeMemory, to name a few). This one has the cleanest and best looking UI. However, there are 2 major flaws I immediately discovered with my first try. First, it completely locked up my computer when freeing memory, with spinning beachball.:-( That's a no-no for me. Secondly, it freed up my inactive memory from 2Gb to 400Mb (2010 iMac running OS X 10.6 w/ 8Gb mem). However for some reason I could never get the rest 400MB freed even after a few tries. I switched to MemoryFreer with one run it cut down inactive mem to 30MB. So, in conclusion, I'd say this app still has a lot to improve interm of performance.
