FresGO is a free, easy to use, real-time platform transforming how Fresno solves issues. Report infrastructure and non-emergency public safety issues with your smartphone or computer. Track resolutions and receive real-time updates and alerts. It’s easy. With FresGO you don’t need to know which department does what. The multi-lingual application tracks reported items, like graffiti, broken sprinklers, street closures, and more. With the push of a button, issues are automatically routed and even escalated if not completed in a timely manner – and you’re notified the instant they’re resolved!

App is troublesome
Too often this app freezes up after filling in the required information. Buffers forever after tapping submit. I wanted to report a missed pick up, hit “submit” and left my phone open on my desk. I checked it 2 hours later and it still hasn’t connected. It works less than it does.
Next Day Repairs!
I’ve had to dodge the same dozen potholes on my commute every day for the last 3 years. I’ve had two alignments and 2 sets of tires replaced in that time. Finally made a request for repairs for every pothole on my commute, and they were fixed, I swear to god, THE VERY NEXT DAY.
The app is buggy, sure, but I’ll deal with it for the power to direct my tax dollars towards making my life immediately better overnight.
Great App for a Progressing City
Reported a destroyed stop sign in Northwest Fresno in the early morning & was completed the same day.
The reporting process was incredibly simple & the app design was pretty fluid. I received feedback through the app, about my reported issue, within the hour from a city representative.
I was skeptical about the app due to the other negative comments, but after using it myself, I didn’t experience any of the same issues or found the app difficult to navigate at all.
Perhaps people need to realize that it’s not really feasible for the city of Fresno to instantly respond to the every need of over half a million residents spread over 114 square miles... 😅
