iPhone X support


Since there is not a easy way to contact the app support, ended up writing a review here.. you need to have this app optimized for iPhone X. The buttons go out of the defined iOS safe areas. Please update so we can use this app easier on iPhone X. And please provide an easy way to submit feedback so we don’t have to write a negative review here.

Bad Knock Off of Better Companies


Like most of FreshDesk’s products, this is just poorly implemented ideas stolen from better companies.

The current release is SO BUGGY you cannot even select an agent to add them to a note. Rather, you need to type out the agent’s entire email address to include the agent on a note. The auto-select function for an agent is broken, and as long as they have your money, Freshdesk could not care less.

Random issues using on X


Back arrow sometimes doesn’t work when trying to navigate back to main screen. Too close to iPhone X time at top left of phone.


Drop the size of the app down a few pixels to fit better in the X screen

Enable a setting to the swipe function to either take you back to the main page or swipe to switch between tickets.
