Touch ID DOES exist, it's just weirdly hidden in the settings menu and doesn't offer you the option during app setup. That should be fixed. Otherwise solid, never had any issues, and I like the features of the Radius Hybrid account. Customer service has been very helpful and responsive to calls; not so much to messages from within the app.
Can't get past disclosure
I've already agreed to the disclosure so I am not sure why I am seeing it again. When I try to scroll to the bottom at a fast pace, the app shuts down unexpectedly. This occurred twice in a row. Also, the first time I used the updated app, I was not shown the disclosure.
Otherwise, estatements are formatted much better, and the app is sized correctly for my 6s plus.
Needs an update
TouchID needs to be implemented ASAP. I do most of my banking right within the mobile app and this would make it easy.
