Worked great, but no go anymore

sergiob 95

Recently downloaded the app to transfer pictures from my XA3 on the go. When I originally downloaded, everything worked easy and well. But after only around my 5th time trying to connect and transfer my pictures, the camera will disconnect from my phone after only looking through my photos for no more than a minute. This was repeating until it eventually stopped connecting to the phone at all. Tried multiple times, tried forgetting and reconnecting to the network and still haven't had any luck trying to connect and get my pictures. I can still connect to my computer and transfer through there, but this app made it an easy few step process. Hopefully an update is in the works soon, because this has the potential to be an amazing app.

I fumbled with and cussed the first version of this app I downloaded a couple years ago and generally just hated it. i stopped using it because there other ways to transfer my pix at home. I updated the app today to use on vacation and the upgrade really worked well. It transfered 42 new photos from my Fujifilm X100T to my iPhone 7 Plus quickly. Set up was easy for both phone & camera. One thing to note though: there was a 93 second video that took quite awhile to transfer. I love that transfer and remote functions are contained in one app.

Very disappointing

This app stinks. I recently purchased an Xe2 partially as an upgrade for an old Olympus without WiFi. I have an Olympus point and shoot that has WiFi and that app is light years better than this one.
The app acts exactly as the previous review states. Plus, you really can’t review your photos before you transfer. You can’t scroll through your photos to view them. You can’t view you photos without annoying data in the way.
It’s extremely tedious to connect your camera to your device with this app.
In short, if I knew this app was this bad I might not have purchased a Fuji camera. I never do reviews but I’m compelled to do this one as a warning and hopefully someone from Fuji, a great company, might read this and get it together.
