What's New

Version 18.03.1

We’ve made some improvements to Quick Add so that you can now automatically add name and email address with one action. Make sure the email address is formatted in angle brackets and see the magic happen! Should work great when copying contacts from an email app.

Additionally, we’ve fixed a bug where the menu bar version of the app would sometimes show an empty list. Should be all good now, but feel free to contact us if something still doesn’t feel right!

Have a feature request? Want to let us know about a bug you found? Send any feedback to and we’ll get back to you shortly.

The service works great, the app is a little clunky

I just started using this yesterday as a way to sync my Office 365 contacts, which is my primary source of truth, with iCloud and Gmail to make it easier to address emails from other platforms and email programs. As far as that goes, the service is working great. However after spending a few hours working with the macOS app I’ve stumbled on a couple of annoyances.

1. The app has an “updates” section where you can view and apply recently updated fields, which is awesome. However, after you update a contact the app changes your view and moves you back to the all contacts view. So if you have a lot of contacts to update, having to manually change back to the updates view after every update you apply is a huge unnecessary pain. My message to the developer is, don’t change my view! Assume that if I’m in the Updates view I want to stay in the Updates view.

2. The business card scanning feature says that scans are manually keyed in and then reviewed by 2 different humans. Please. If that’s the case than your humans need to learn how to read. I’ve scanned about 10 business cards and 30% of them have had ridiculous errors, like making someone’s first name “Roofer” or their last name “Roto-Rooter”. Honestly you should seriously consider ceasing to evangelize that humans proofread your scans because it makes your humans look really bad.

Amazing for the professional. I’d like to bring a different view ...

I’d like to bring a different view to these comments than a lot of what I see so far. This app is great for some people. Others don’t need it and would naturally find it cumbersome.

Amazing for the professional. The person who is constantly and necessarily managing a list of contacts. Great database tool. easy to use and export info. VERY RESPONSIVE SUPPORT TEAM WHEN REPORTING BUGS. And yes, many updates, which would annoy the casual user, but it great for those using it so often and with such detail that little bugs matter.

And WOW … the big deal is all the HOURS of research they “execute" for you, researching social and networking links and info online … seriously great. The reason I say “execute” and not “save” is because this type of research would never get done if it were left up to me. I just don’t find the time or have the stomach for it. AMAZING! SIGNATURE SERVICE! Worth paying for pro.

NOT FOR THE CASUAL USER who just wants an app to connect their contacts from accounts. It won’t make sense to you.

Looked good, but free version limited to 1000 contacts

CAUTION: There is a 1,000 contact limit before you must upgrade and pay monthly or annual fees, otherwise your contacts will not sync. Furthermore, if you want to sync more than one contact account (e.g. gmail and iCloud), you must upgrade as well. So, I am still looking for a very simple app that can access my Contacts App from the MacOS menu bar that has no limitations on syncing or ideally contact accounts (but I would be happy if it was only my iCloud account). Can anybody please help with some useful advice??? Thank you
