Fury - Pandora Menu Bar

NEWS 3/7/14: I'm aware of a recent problem with station selection in Fury and am working on a fix. Thanks for your patience.
Pandora in your menu bar. Growl notifications. Awesome!
Fury is a simple utility that runs Pandora in its own mini-browser. Most importantly, though, it lets you load stations, skip and rate songs, and see what's currently playing, all from the menu bar. It also provides Growl notifications when songs change or you rate one up or down.
- Growl notifications (with or without Growl installed).
- Media keys on Apple keyboards.
- Global keyboard shortcuts.
- Apple remote.
- Supports both free and paid Pandora accounts.
How to use:
1. Launch Fury.
2. Log into Pandora using Fury's mini-browser.
3. Close mini-browser and operate Pandora from the menu bar.
Fury will automatically log you in and remember your last station and song the next time you launch it. Your station list and sorting preferences can be managed in the mini-browser and Fury will notice any changes you make.
Note: The Fury mini-browser must be the main active window to use the Apple remote. This allows Fury to share the remote with other applications when Fury is not active.
What's New in Version 1.3.1
- Added thumbs up/down indicators to Growl notification images.
- Fixed "Disable Notifications" preference bug. Notifications can now be disabled.
Best of out 3
Just did some playing abd bought three different apps targeted at Macs and playing Pandora via the menu bar. This one wins. It is somehow the cheapest too! Muse does not let you change stations at all without “Opening" the app. That was the deal breaker for me, but Muse IS the best looking. PandaBar looks very dated and has some buggy delays, but it does not affect playback other than slight delays. PandaBar does have a nifty fullscreen feature tho, i suppose for using your Pandora at a party or on a display or whatever (similar to fullscreen in iTunes). But due to the looks being so dated and not “Mac” like and the delays it was knocked out by this 99 cent wonder. Just get this one and be done with it.
Here’s a tip… however you SORT your station list in the Fury app browser is how the station list will appear in the Fury menu bar station list.
Features needed ASAP: (1) Clicking song change Notification will “Open Fury…”. (2) AirPlay device selection built into menu. (3) Use Notification Center for notifications. (4) “Shuffle” station support.
PPP- Perfect Pandora Player
This app is amazing! Way better than the lame excuse of an app that Pandora released for THEIR OWN PROGRAM.
Being able to use your keyboard shortcuts is super, audio quality is supreme, access to all options, what more could you ask for.
People complaining about "airplay"???? Just use your bluetooth.
Needs Shuffle Support
Exactly what I wanted - Pandora with multimedia key support.
Unfortunately, I listen to my Shuffle a lot, and I can't pick that from the list of stations. Also, it would be nice if you showed which station in the shuffle was playing at any given time, so I know whether to Thumbs Up a song.
