Updated without me allowing.

It appeared in my "update" area in the App Store, then without me clicking it, or typing a password to install, it updated by itself. It says "installed". Immediately after it "installed" by itself my phone started acting very glitchy, buttons being pushed, wrong letters when typing, windows open and close, etc, so I turned phone off and back on, reset networks. Was not glitching then. It's still showing in the App Store as "installed". It may or may not be the fault of this app but something is fishy.
Update: Yes still fishy, as I could not control what this app was doing on my phone, it was in control. I clicked the 4 circles to find it there. It does not show in iMessage. "Automatically add apps" is off. I understand it may have been installed by someone else besides me on their phone, as we share app stores. It AUTOMATICALLY UPDATED (installed) on my phone. There is no game pigeon to "long press" on to delete it. It only shows in "purchased" area and "updated" areas in the App Store. (On their website it says it is an extension. So not a full app?) WOULD LOVE TO delete as some have suggested, but it's simply not in iMessage to delete. I will double check the other phones iMessage to see if it's in theirs...
UPDATE 2: after reading some others having same issue. I see I am correct in that it does what it wants to. Do not install. One mistake is I had automatic download "updates" on in settings (iTunes). Turn that off.

BE VERY VERY CAREFUL - STAY AWAY

Downloaded itself to all our IOS devices, and ther was never a record of purchasing it through the Apple App store. Then upon discovery, we found there was no way to delete it through the Messages app in most of our phones, except one however, which we did, only to have it wipe out all of the texts on that phone. Needless to say, that particular phone user was very unhappy. We were able to do a restore from a iCloud backup the night before, and guess what, the Game Pigeon app was no longer on the phone, as the process validates all purchases, and since it was not actually purchased, the system did not install it. After conversing with the author, his only response was "it's Apple's problem." Personally, I do not want any app that does not have a clear and concise delete function, and after review, this app looks very dangerous, as it took out all the texts on the one phone, and therefore, what else could it do when triggered. Lastly, I have been working with Apple Support on this extensively, and even they are concerned.

How to delete answer

First off im going to say, the app is great an I love it. I usually play pool or mancala, and always love trying the new games you guys put in.
There is nothing fishy going on with this app, many of you may have accidentally downloaded it at one point, and don't even know how to use it or delete it. Many of you are leaving bad reviews on a great app, because you don't know how to use it (your fault not the developers), so im here to help.

To use the app:
•Go to messages
•Find someone with iMessage on
•Click the appstore looking icon at the bottom next to the type box
•Swipe until you find game pigeon, and click the game you want to play then hit send

To delete the app:
•Go to messages
•Click any name
•Click the appstore looking icon at the bottom next to the type box
•Click the 4 circles in the bottom right
•Long press on game pigeon, and hit the X

*Note* For you guys complaining about ads, they need it because barely any one is paying for the + version, the ads also only show up when it isnt your turn and you click on a game, so its way better than an ad showing up at the start (or even during) your turn like many other games do.
