Gapalicious™ is an app for people living the GAPS™ life. This app supports people by showing them what foods can be eaten while on the GAPS™ diet. This app is perfect for people following Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride's book, GAPS™ (Gut & Psychology Syndrome™). A portion of our proceeds goes to the Weston A. Price Foundation (http://www.westonaprice.org/).

Not good...here is why
This app only provides a list of gaps foods and allows you to select an individual food. It then tells you at which stage that food is allowed. What would have made this helpful, at minimum, would be to have the option to see all the foods allowed at each stage. The developers clearly had a list of the foods. Why they couldnt do this is a mystery...well, actually an extreme irritation, since the app costs $4 and is almost useless.
They could also have added notes on how each should or should not be prepared.
The more i think about this, the more i realize this was released without any kind of real effort to help people. More of a way to make a quick buck off sick people. Nice Natasha. Did you bother using this first?
Very Lacking, for the price
Was pretty excited about this app because my family is starting GAPS. For the high price, I expected a great deal more. It's only a long scrolling list, like a wheel. There's no search, and not much information. It is not even close to a complete list of foods. It could be so much better, could give page numbers to explanations. For an app called GAPALICIOUS, it contains nothing but whole foods ingredients, no recipes, no rationale. This app is not worth the money. I hope very much that improvements/updates are coming.
I Know Better
I know better to buy something without reading the reviews first. I guess I'll blame spending $4.00 on this on it being late and me being tired. All it is, is a very short list of foods and it tells you where in the Gap Diet you will be allowed to eat them. The list is so short, it makes paying $4.00 for it seem like a scam.
My advice to anyone smart enough to read the reviews is don't waste your money on this, there has to be a better tool out there. I feel like a fool.
