Added information on the amount each employee has to hand over to the x/z-report
Each employee will see the amount he has to hand over on his x report, the z-report contains an overview for all employees

Bug Fixes:
"Tip + total" field on payment screen is fixed for split tables
Fixed that the screensaver was only displayed after loading master data
Custom screensavers can be used again
The screensaver no longer interrupts the payment process: if the app is in idle while being in the payment process, the screensaver will not be triggered
If an employee logs out and logs in again, the last selected room will be displayed
