Scam! No issues available!
One star is much too good for this app. You will subscribe and get an issue but it has been 4 months now and they still don't have the digital issue available to download even though they are available for purchase in stores.
This is not user error. I tried to restore purchases, checked my subscription and upon asking Geek why this is the case, they told me I can call apple and get a refund if I wasn't happy with their service. What service? I've been waiting 4 months!
DON’T BUY THIS APP
Not only does it not work properly, but when confronted, Geek will tell you that your only recourse is to contact Apple and ask for a refund. Customer service at Geek actually told me to do that. They have no idea why the app doesn’t work or when it will be fixed. Tech support was apparently unaware there was even a problem. I feel as if I’ve been duped, I’ve been robbed. This company is out to take your money and does not care if you get what your promised or not.
Ever time the magazine is downloading the geek app crashes. I have to delete it from news stand and reinstall to get the download to start. Otherwise it says unable to download folio. I managed to get the magazine to fully downloaded but when I changed from portrait to landscape the app crashed. >delete the app>download the app>download the magazine>crash.
Can I get my money back for the issue?
