Tried many others... This one works for me!
I have probably downloaded 20 of these types of Apps. This is the first one that actually seems to work for me. I have come to the viewpoint that it's based on the individual of what works and doesn't work for them. And to be very honest, some of Mr. Johnson's apps do not work for me. However, this one seems to have an incredible effect. For the first time in my entire life, I am actually able to wake up motivated and ready to exercise daily! The delayed wake mechanism on this is excellent. I set the time about 10 minutes prior to when my normal alarm would activate. I am finding myself not using my alarm clock very often. I seem to have more morning energy to get that workout in. Thank you for such a great app!
Not as good as his others
This is the first Andrew Johnson app I haven't been too happy with. It seems like he spends way too long getting to the point here... I feel like he spends too much time asking you questions ("you know you made the right choice, dont'cha?"). It just sounds inconsistent with the other apps, but most importantly it takes away from time he could be speaking something that reinforces the point of this App. He also speaks a ton about you mentally looking at a photograph of how you want to look, then repeats it. Look at the left photograph, now look at the right photograph... I find this bit annoying and wish again those words were encouraging things instead. Just feels like filler. Usually his apps work for me, but this one I'm struggling to keep up with because it's less pleasant.

I'm so serious. I hated running. I was always like 😒 ugh gotta run...because I knew it was good for heart and all that other stuff.
Now I love it and I'm a super nerd for it. I'm like 😍 I get to RUN! 😍 I have been inspired by a few good stories, but nothing's given me the "want to" until I started going to sleep to this app 2-3 times a week.
One complaint though--transitions are choppy, not like in his infinite relaxation app. I have several of his apps (don't panic, manage stress, inf relaxation) and they are all so helpful! The human brain is just amazing! Hypnosis works'
