Nothing new--no couch exercises
You can find better and more information for free off the interenet. There are no couch exercises; the ap tells you to get off the couch and dance jump, etc when cheering for winners of whatever you are watching plus other standard advice. The other office exercises that doesn't require a closed office or cubicle are foot and leg exercise done under desk. The author does seem to have a clue.
Not really impressed
Got this app out of curiosity. Most of what this app says is common sense. Yeah, if I get up a million times to go to the kitchen I may burn a few calories but won't make me lose weight.
