GFlow is an extremely fast and efficient liquid simulator.
You can tilt your iPhone to change the gravity. You can also interact with the liquid with your fingers. GFlow will keep track of the number of taps each finger has so you can do a different action with each finger. Single tap drags the particles around. Double tap will paint and drag the fluid. Triple and quadruple tap will create either a clockwise or counter-clockwise vortex.
Thanks everyone for your kind reviews with version 0.1. You have really made my day. Anyway, this is only the beginning and I intend to add many more features as I learn. As always, ideas and suggestions are welcome. And if you really like this app, please help spread the word and tell all your friends.
What's New in Version .2
The simulator is now much smoother, and I have now doubled the number of particles for you to play with.
Now you can also drag the fluid around with multi-touch interaction!
Implemented multi-tap: Tap twice and drag to color the particles. Tap three or four times to create a vortex. Single tap and drag for normal interaction. Because it keeps track of the number of taps that each finger has, every finger can be doing a different action.
The update was amazing. I love that you can interact with your fingers to change color and splash particles, but what's REALLY awesome is the vortex stuff! I can take everywhich finger and tap 3 & 4 times to create a particle-launching mechanism, I can create a whirlpool, the possibilities are ENDLESS. I've spent hours playing around with it (how grateful I am that I got it for free, BTW). Amazing app- I don't know what else to expect in the future but great things! :)
Please add more features like:
1. A menu so you can change your music playing
2. Different colors
3. A settings menu with customization stuff
4. Other ideas from other people
Awesome, but it needs an update
I've had this app for a year and a half an I haven't seen one update. Other than how it's outdated it's the best app liquid simulator on the market! Keep up the good work!
