What's New in Version 1.0.5
Thanks again for using Gifwit, you clever folks! New in this version:
- Icon for Yosemite dark menu bar.
- Progress bars work again.
- A general sense of satisfaction.
If I could write an iTunes review using animated GIFs it’d include a bunch of clapping and thumbs up gifs. This is the app you’ve been waiting for but maybe didn’t know you were waiting for. It makes collecting and pasting GIFs a breeze. Every GIF is no more than 3-5 keystrokes away. You can easily add new ones, or even import batches through github. It’s brilliant. I hope the developer becomes filthy rich off of this app.
Be the GIF gunslinger!
Gifwit guarantees you to be “that guy”—the one who always shares THE perfect GIF in the company chat room within a second’s notice. So simple to catalog and then recall your favorite GIFs through the app’s search UI. Can’t reccommend it enough!
Wish it supported .gifv
This app works great for gifs, but I wish I could add .gifv files. I end up having to save .gifvs in a different spot, which is annoying (first world problems :) ) Add .gifv and you’ll take my 5 stars.
