Customer Reviews

Sorry about My Last Review because This Does Work!

I wrote a review I’d like to withdraw but I somehow cannot so I won’t! It was how I mistakenly thought that since I couldn’t open this app, that I got ripped off for buying it, but this is no longer true! I am new to using a Macbook laptop computer so I just discovered the tab to open up Facebook is at the top of the righthand side of my computer and not in the dock at the bottom. Once I clicked on the tab, the app opened up perfectly and now I’m using my FB account very well. I do wish, though, that they’d have mentioned this in their ad where this tab would be to open up the app and especially for all of us new to using Macbook when we’ve been using PCs for many years before this time! Thank you for a good app (tab) to open up my FB account! One question, though, is as I’m an old man, how do I enlarge the FB page so I can see it better? The Command Key with the + key doesn’t seem to work in this example.

One thing, though, I would like to add is that I wish that you’d make my Facebook page come out bigger on my computer screen than it is now, and especially for older people such as I am with sight problems. Thanks!

Excellent App

I have been using Facebook Menu Tab for awhile - about three years - and I was hesitent to try this one. This is more complete - it looks more like my feed in a browser, and as far as I can tell, seems just as small and unobtrusive CPU-wise. I hae not actually looked at how much processing it takes, but so far, doing large files in Photoshop, renders in Poser, and other CPU intensive tasks, this has no effect on them. To me, that is GOLD. It rides in my top bar and can be set to only color notification, or growl, or whatever - so many more options than even the ‘Pro’ version of the other one. This has now become my default monitor for Facebook. Extremely convenient. Thanks for a great App!

Most efficient when you want Facebook in the background

I’ve been using Facebook Go for quite a while. I should have written a review a long time ago. For me, I like to be productive which means not always having a web browser open for Facebook. Facebook Go is like having a window open but not necessarily your web browser. You can get your notifications, chats, friend requests and everything else Facebook has to offer without actually having it as an open tab in the web browser. It leaves me open to working on website stuff that I need to be on and my social media in the background.
