Golf Zero is a crazy mix of golf and platforming. Jump, bounce and slide your way around the levels trying everything you can to get the ball in the hole.
There is nothing quite like a nice round of Golf. The freshly cut grass, the birds singing, the razor sharp saw blades, the mid-air bullet time shot as you dodge a bone crushing boulder.
Work your way through the 40 normal levels or compete against the rest of the world in the speed run levels.
Matrix: golf addition
This game in is fun and rewarding, so don't be afraid because it looks to hard. This game is challenging, but none of the levels feel impossible. You always feel like you're doing better each try, and you never feel like the controls are cheating you. The only bad things I can think of is there's not many levels, but your not going to blow through all the levels in couple of hours. The amount of ads can be annoying, but you can close them after like 2 seconds or just turn off your wifi. And there'll be Some lag every once and awhile, but I'm not sure if it's because of having wifi on with no internet connection or because of there being too many moving thing on screen.
Good, but swamped with ads
This game is really good. It's a perfect combination of fun and frustrating (which, considering what they are asking you to do, is on point.) I downloaded it and poured a good half an hour into the game (more levels please, I finished half of them at the time of writing), but there's something about it that's frustrating, and not in a good way.
It's filled with ads. Lots of them.
Don't get me wrong, for a free game, of course you need adverts in order to provide revenue for the game. But the ads activate after a certain number of attempts total, so if you get stuck on a frustrating jump at the start of the level, you keep seeing advert after advert (and a bunch of unskippable ones, too) so when you get to later levels, if it took you a minute to complete it after a bunch of attempts, you probably spent at least half that time watching ads.
Tone down the amount of ads that play (like, maybe set a timer to play an ad like every few minutes, and set it to play after the current attempt is done) and this game would be more enjoyable (for me).
Fun and frustrating, but ads seem to appear too often
Golf as it should be
Super Meat Boy, long retired from splattering around dangerous obstacles in pursuit of a love that was just not meant to be, retired from platforming life. But as the lengthy days of leisure grew stagnant and lame, he did what all pensioners eventually try at least once in their golden years. Golf. He grew to love the game: the scenic courses, the storied history of the sport, the scenic views, the dedication to consistency, the cliff-side buzz saws, the spike-laden courses, bullet-time, what a relaxing past time. He can be seen daily, perfecting his game in his red cap and yellow jumpsuit (which helps prevent blood from marring the professionally designed courses), and making the most of his twilight years.
