Motivational for those with physical disabilities
Being wheelchair bound and quadriplegic finding ways to exercise is hard especially because I have limited head and chest/trunk control. It's easy and fun to watch these and just do the best I can. More like a dancing for fun than the hard work of physical therapy. And I love the monsters and it makes me want do more to get new items. And if I'm having a bad day they have great relaxing videos to help me calm down or when I physically can't do the exercises. I especially love how short the videos are. Just enough to really work out but also short enough I can take breaks in between and not miss anything. It helps me not to overdo it. Being able to change to different styles of videos keeps it really fun and interesting and means lots of people can find things to enjoy. My favorite is probably the word rap guy he's fun and it helps you learn too.
