Develop skills by doing a little every day. Get into the habit and don't break the chain! This app is based on Jerry Seinfeld's advice and makes it easy to keep track of your daily habits, with reminders so you never forget what you have to do.

- Multiple habit chains
- Set a 'time to do' reminder and a daily deadline for each habit
- See all your habits in a checklist
- At-a-glance view of current and longest chain lengths
- Overdue tasks marked in red
- Calendar view for editing your chains
- Pick habit colors
- Pause and resume habits without losing your old chains
- iCloud sync between devices
- Supports larger displays of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

Advanced features (in app purchase)
- Record the reasons you broke your chains
- Chain statistics

Keep your habits small so you'll never break the chain. For example:
- Write 500 words every day
- Practice the piano for 15 minutes every day
- Do 20 press-ups each morning
- Meditate for 10 minutes every day

Pick something you want to be great at and do a little every day.

Great app for committing to small goals!

I have found this app so helpful! It's great for small goals that remind yourself to do things that ultimately will help you see an improvement in your life overall. It helps to see the number grow each day and the simply grayed out design when you don't complete a goal is enough to make you feel bad but not discourage you from using it further.
I also use it to help me track things that aren't goals like keeping track of heart arrhythmias on a day to day basis.
It is easy to use and effective. I highly recommend.

App lost all my habits and history :(

UPDATE: I was enjoying using this app but when I opened the app today it was completely blank just like it was when I first bought it. All of the many habits I entered are gone as well as all the history of having completed them. I don't have time to keep typing the habits in over and over again. I no longer trust this app so I'm moving on to find another. Very disappointing. I'm changing my four-star rating to a one star rating. The app just doesn't seam to be very stable.

I really like this app. I wish the font size didn't change erratically. Once that bug is fixed I'll bump up my rating to five stars.

Great little app

It's a great way to implement the Seinfeld method for yourself without pesky and cumbersome paper calendars. In fact this app should have been called Seinfeld Method, but I understand that would have been like blood in the water to the lawyers and then we would not have been able to enjoy the simple brilliance of this app.
