I have never written a review but this app definitely deserves one. I have tried many apps where you log your food and exercise but this one has definitely been the only one I can actually understand. It’s simple and well designed. Will definitely be using. Highly recommend this app.

Clean design and effortless tracking. I’ve been using for 3 weeks or so, and it quickly became a habit. It’s also nice that you can follow and share with friends without mentioning specifics.
Perfect Weight Loss App
Years ago I’d used an app on Android, Noom. It was amazing. Simple way to list your meal with good/bad/ok criteria so you can get back to your day while being honest with yourself. They were acquired and went with calories like everyone else. My fitness pal and others like it are great if you are buying pre packaged meals but if you cool from scratch for a family...apps like it are a chore to use and take as long to track as to eat.
My only suggestion to make it slightly better would be to add “Amount” so that you can list if you had a little bad, a lot good, a lot of an ok workout, etc. but as is....I’m stoked! Thanks for the app!
