Perfect for professional & private use!
As a teacher, I use Google Docs for EVERYTHING. It keeps my lessons and resources organized and safe, even if the school network is down or my work laptop breaks. It also allows me to access my work from my home computer or even my phone! It's invaluable that way.
Privately, I also use google docs to store documents, keep lists, share things with my husband, etc. It has so many uses, and has saved me so many times. I definitely recommend getting to know Drive and seeing how it might help make your life easier!

Really great app! I am able to save all my documents and share it with whoever needs them. I had a computer with a lot of files and I used to email each file to my teammates as needed. When my hard drive crashed I lost all my documents and had to work even more hours to get the files back, and they were not the same as I retyped them quick. With the drive I have access to all my important files anywhere I go and I am able to share them with everyone.
Google Drive
So far so good. I've used it for storing documents, files, notes & research. Using for photo storage which is good. Still trying to move photos to into their named folders. I also use Dropbox & don't care for the price for storage & find it difficult to place in folders or pull up on computer to do anything -I have to save to my photo gallery before I can edit & print. Will give update as I figure out specifics of google drive/docs. Ajp
