The official Google I/O conference app is your co-pilot to navigate the conference, whether you're attending in-person or remotely. With the app, you can:

+ Take advantage of facilitated pre-event WiFi configuration
+ Reserve seats for events ahead of schedule
Location: Needed to identify your location on the conference venue map. Continued use of GPS running in the foreground can dramatically decrease battery life.
Notifications: Needed to notify you of important event updates and about favorited or reserved sessions.
+ Adds Keynote tags to Keynote events.
Ratings and Reviews
2018 update less than a week before start. Set to always use pacific time zone (I’m across the date line GMT+10). ‘Agenda’ is totally wrong. Sessions I’ve picked on the web are mostly not there. Doesn’t show if you reserved a seat via the web unless you inspect the actual session. Disappointing how poor this is. Not usable. Use the web interface.
Stared not synced and no offline support
The sessions that I stared on the web are not stared on the iOS app.
It would also be great to support downloading the video for offline consumption.
No obvious feedback channel other than AppStore either.
Notifications need work
Enjoy the app, would be nice if session notifications included the location.
