Doesn’t Work

I downloaded it and it was just a black screen. I mean it worked at the museum of science and technology in Ottawa, but here, it’s just a blank screen. Please fix this!

Would be 5 stars... except one thing.

I love this app but I'm a slight bit dyslexic and when I mix reactions the information pop up doesn't stay on long enough for me to read. Very frustrating having to redo the reaction to try and read the rest of what it was telling me.

Please change the pop up prompts from timed to manual. Meaning you have to click an X or something to close the pop up. This might be annoying to some, but you can make a toggle on/off option in settings or something.

Other than that, 5 stars.

Doesn’t work

Downloaded the app, was really interested in seeing what it was about and learning but I doesn’t even open once I click on the app it just bring up a black screen. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but didn’t help, my phone is up to date with IOS and the app is compatible with my phone but the app just doesn’t work. I was disappointed, hope the issue gets fixed so I can use the app.
