GovAlert empowers you to voice your concerns to government officials in the time it takes to send a text. Simply snap a picture of a pothole, litter, or other non-emergency and add a few words to describe the situation. Hit submit and the concern is sent to local government, as determined by your device’s location settings.

Doesn’t work at all
I tried using the app, but it doesn’t seem to actually do anything. All it does is show a map with a pushpin and when you try to click on Report a Concern, it just spins and spins and nothing happens.
Avoid being put on hold!
Anytime I've had to report a concern in my town, I've had to call, be put on hold multiple times, be connected to another person (who I have to re-tell my concern to) and it seemed like nobody knew who I needed to talk to...very frustrating.
GovAlert makes it SO easy to report a concern to the correct person without looking up phone numbers and being put on hold! Thanks- great app!
Finally! One app that allows me to engage and report concerns to the local government in the city or town that I'm in without having to download multiple apps or search for that governments contact information. Good job to the developers on this.
I simple described my concern, snapped a photo and hit submit. I received a phone call from the mayors office the next day.
All of local government should be as easy to navigate as this app.
I'm encouraging my entire block association to download GovAlert and to spread the word.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
