The Kingdoms of Bermesiah have been under attack by the Evil Queen of Darkness, Kaze’Aze. Over the years of constant battling, the Bermesiah continent was left devastated and many heroes have fallen defending their Kingdom.
In a final effort to protect the Bermesiah continent from Kaze’Aze’s siege, the Queen of Serdin organized an elite group of Knights called the Grand Chase.
Join the Chase, Play Grand Chase Lite and prepare your warrior to Save the World! You play as a knight who will explore and battle the forces of Kaze’Aze in hopes to restore the goodness and light to Bermesiah.
The Bosses in Grand Chase Lite can be very difficult, so make sure to setup your combination of attacks wisely. This game is recommended for people who enjoy fantasy stories and stat driven role playing games.
Entertained me for a bit, and I understand a game like this is supposed to be repetative. But once you figure out what abilities cause the 'prior' effects, the characters become a bit broken. What RPG can I use a lvl12 Mage to beat a lvl15+ boss head on? Haha.
Interface could be a bit cleaner and effective for gameplay. Text box too small, doesn't always scroll to show what just happened in turn, need to manually scroll. Abilities are... Lacking?it's kind of like trial and error to see if the buffs work for you or not, but they don't seem to have clear patterns of helping unless it's something like cure (which when casted, hurts the enemy too LOL), but it's clunky to even execute - pictures are OK but a description along with it would be good to make sure I'm using what I want. Plus, I couldn't be bothered to memorize all the buffs here but the game isn't complicated enough for me to have to, I guess.
Turn-based, very addictive, needs more.
The basic idea of this game is to beat all the enemies on every difficulty. This is done in a "my-turn, your-turn" format. Your power moves take X number of turns to recharge, and equipment provides bonuses to your characters' vital stats. It's a fun, albeit small, Role-playing game.
What it needs:
1. More characters, not just the "Warrior, Rouge, Mage" trio
2. Battle animations and a better battle interface
3. More bosses
4. Character pictures change for equipment
I would recommend this game to fans of Grand Chase, anime-style characters, or role-playing games in general. Though the game feels a little shallow, it is still high-quality. I give this game 4 out of 5.
Not bad for the first try
I was pretty excited to hear a grand chase version for the Iphone/pod touch thinking it would be like the pc version but this turn by turn thing was pretty awesome and atleast it gives you a fast match kind of thing, but I atleast think you should add different songs to the boss battles and to make it a little more exclusive for the iPhone/pod touch, why not add a new song? Overall it's not bad for an iPhone version but if you plan on making a different grand chase version, try making the style like the pc version. I wouldn't mind spending money on a game like that
