Awesome on the newer devices (iPhone 6s user)

Awesome game on the newer phone the cheap people who cannot afford a new phone should try to make more money so they can upgrade. It's different from vice city cause the textures and graphics are a lot more high tech (somewhat) and enhanced draw distance and a 60fps lock makes it more intensive the San Andreas plus there is always a lot of activity on the screen... Vice city and San Andreas can't even compare to this high demanding game👌🏼❤️ although i do wish that they brought 3D engine models back and the great interior vehicle textures along with the characters upgrades, I just wish they could go further with the character models like they did in other GTA iOS games like having high quality hands (they are terrible and looks like they are melting pieces of clay) and head models for example. I would rather keep the 30fps in trade for better graphics (CPU does have the capability to handle graphics) Anyway, I love GTA
and I have bought all 5 of the the GTA games ever released on the App Store and will continue buying more and giving awesome reviews for it... I hope there will be a vice city stories and if so I can't wait!!! THANK YOU ROCKSTAR!

Crashing crashing crashing.

I am running the latest IOS for iPhone 7plus. I had no issues with “Calm Before the Storm” glitching or crashing, however after getting to the second island and doing a ton of missions, it decided to crash after I completed the last mission for Leon McAffrey and received a call from Donald Love to go meet him. The “D” appeared back on the map - then it mysteriously disappeared, and I can’t complete anything else. Only icons that are showing are the Church bell, gun shops and my apartments. I can’t even do the Church Confessional missions, the app just closes. So now I’m stuck with money and guns and nothing to do except drive around and listen to Reni talk about nipple clamps (not I don’t love her commentary, but still.) I saved my game to the Social Club slot. I deleted the app and re-installed it and still no luck. The game was fun and brought back the memories from when I had it on my PSP... now it’s just a big disappointment. I have no issues with bugs or crashes with San Andreas on my iPhone, but this game is so frustrating. I am giving three stars in hopes that this can be fixed with some kind of update and because the game is fun - until it crashes.

Amazing Game, (only a few issues)

The game is beautiful, it runs at 60fps on the iPhone 7 and about an average of 45fps on an iPad. The gameplay is smooth and appealing. It does have controller support, so if u have a controller like me, you will have twice the fun. The only problem that I have with this game is the story. I have played every Grand Theft Auto, and this one has the most boring story in the 3D and HD series. I’m not saying that the story is horrible, I’m saying, if you want a good story, play GTA San Andreas, or GTA Vice City. I do like the idea of playing as Tony from GTA 3, and getting a glimpse at the Leone Family’s history, but it wasn’t executed as well as other Grand Theft Auto titles. Other than the story, you will have a blast with side missions and just exploring the city. (Along with causing complete chaos). There is minor character customization, meaning you can only choose pre-made outfits unlike Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. The combat system is comfortable, with lock on or free aim. The driving in my opinion is the best in the Grand Theft Auto 3D universe. Don’t let the price scare you. This is worth it!
