Welcome back to Vice City. Welcome back to the 1980s.
From the decade of big hair, excess and pastel suits comes a story of one man's rise to the top of the criminal pile. Vice City, a huge urban sprawl ranging from the beach to the swamps and the glitz to the ghetto, was one of the most varied, complete and alive digital cities ever created. Combining open-world gameplay with a character driven narrative, you arrive in a town brimming with delights and degradation and given the opportunity to take it over as you choose.
To celebrate its 10 year anniversary, Rockstar Games brings Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to mobile devices with high-resolution graphics, updated controls and a host of new features including:

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
I bought this game because I had a problem with the original GTA. There was a glitch where it would not let me resume my game that I had spent hours on! I started a new file bc the game was so much fun, and then after hours of playing, the EXACT SAME THING happened to the new file (this is for the GTA original)! I love this game because it is so much fun, and after countless hours of playing, I left the game and came back, and to my frustration, it would not let me play my saved game! I have tried resetting my iPad, and restarting the app, and updating my system, but I still cannot resume my game!!! I have spent hours on this game and I do not want to delete the app and lose all of my progress, but what is the freaking point when I can't even play what I have spent HOURS achieving!! I have spent money on this game and the original and it is a HUGE WASTE!!!!!
The only issue I have with it is when I go to do the "G-Spotlight" mission, when you're on the bike and you go through the glass and jump onto the next building and it says insane stunt bonus or whatever and when it's in slow motion, it stays that way. The camera angle won't change so I can't see where I'm going. It does the same thing when I do any stunt, it won't switch back to normal from the slow motion that happens when you do a stunt. I have to load the game again. I won't be able to get the G-Spotlight mission done unless you guys can fix this somehow...
GTA series are my go to iPad games
I love the GTA series, I used to play them on my original Xbox (pre 360) and was happy to see they were available to play in iPad apps now. Vice City and San Andreas are my favorites because of the missions and the great radio stations to listen to while driving around in the vehicles. The iPad controls take a little while to get the hang of but so did the Xbox buttons when I first played these, no problems playing now.
